Standard Terms and Conditions

 1. Additional Charges May apply to Excessivly Dirty, Mouldy, Scratched, Sundamaged, Faded or Flood Damaged Vehicles – this will be advised before works begin
 2. Deposit Amount is non-refundable: Change of mind, Cancellation of Job, Absence on Arrival or the Selling of Vehicle do not warrant a refund
 3. Access to power and water, a flat working area, 1.5m of space around all surfaces must be provided on the job date by the client.
 4. Requests to reschedule or change your job date should be made at least 72 hours before our arrival, this must be done via email and is subject to our approval 
 5. We reserve the right to reschedule the booking based on our calander of works or poor weather conditions onsite via call or message up to one day before job date
 6. We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and it will be reported to local authorities. This includes; verbal, written and physical abuse. 
 7. All services come with a 3 month labour and application warranty, product warranties as per manufacturers specifications.
 8. Size of vehicle to be measured onsite and final price will be adjusted to suit actual vehicle size on the day. Additional services to be quoted onsite as needed.
 9. Any dispute to the above terms, conditions or the service inclusions shall be submitted in written form within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice.

Wet Weather & Job Cancellations

All weather decisions are made by Aussie Caravan.

Our detailers specialise in ceramic coating, and we will only do what is correct to get the best possible outcome for your Caravan or Motorhome. This may involve the cut and polish preparation work and the ceramic coat seal being done on two separate visits

Components of the job

There are two stages to the job – the Cut and Polish Restoration of the Surface, and the Ceramic Coat finish. Only the Ceramic Coat finish is strictly weather dependant, and the restoration cut and polish can be done in sections around the weather.

Quality of finish in wet weather.

When we come back to site to finish the coating, the surface will have an additional prep stage on the morning of the coating to make sure it’s in the best possible condition before we start – this may mean that you actually end up with an even better result because you get a second preparation stage before it is coated.

Longevity of the Coating

If the job is split between two visits, you still get all of the same product warranties as with any of our jobs. These can be found on our website or at the bottom of the invoice you received when making the booking .
